NEWS FLASH: AINSLIE STAGE 2 - Officially Opened

The Federal Minister for Housing, Tanya Plibersek, was at Goodwin Aged Care’s Ainslie village today to officially open the second stage of the Goodwin Lifestyle Village at Ainslie which will provide a different kind of housing for active, independent seniors.
In opening the two apartment blocks, Minister Plibersek said it was encouraging to see a not-for-profit organisation such as Goodwin adopting world’s best practise methods in the development of housing for older people.
Minister Plibersek unveiled the plaque for the second stage of the village with Goodwin Chairman David Harper who said the company was proud to be able to offer quality housing for independent retirees alongside the care and support provided by its aged care homes.
